Write to hello@qalmaapp.com. It goes straight to the developer, and a reply usually comes within a day or two.
If something in the app misbehaves, a line about what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead is all that is needed. A screenshot helps when the problem is visible.
Your data
Qalma keeps everything on your device. There is no account to recover and no server to reset. If you delete the app, your pages go with it, so export them first: open the moon in the top corner of the app and choose export my reflections to save every day as a PDF.
